It is a moment to trust in your intuition, listen to what it is communicating to you and act in your best interest.<\/li><li>Begin forming routines that begin with a check-in:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Self-care routines&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Work routines<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Home routines&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What is coming up \u2013 recuring patterns? Is it physiological or emotional?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How to balance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Vata<\/strong> \u2013 establish routines, slow down, when I relax so does my surrounding, need to focus on something (affirmation or mantra) during meditation, strength yoga, alternate nostril breath, warm foods, minimal raw, warming spices.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Pitta<\/strong> \u2013 focus on chilling out, practice mindfulness, self-care at the forefront, very hard to get to meditating but very deep appreciation once achieved, needs to be realistic, yoga is relaxing and opening, sitali breath, sweet mild spices, bitter and astringent food.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Kapha<\/strong> \u2013 move your bodies, practice forgiveness, try new things, brisk walking and cardio, meditate to be set free, yoga is dynamic and moving, fanning breath, bitter or well spiced food.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Set intention in your day \u2013 like a computer, the <em>mind and body <\/em>does what you enter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allow your <em>soul<\/em> balance &amp; space to be free!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ayurveda is a medical science deeply focused on healing &amp; maintaining the quality and longevity of life.
