Nadia Caselle

Hello, I'm Nadia :)

A psychology graduate in 2000 – to yoga student and yoga teacher in 2007 – I became fascinated with movement as therapy. A mind, body and soul connection was being formed through yoga, aerobics, strength training, and dancing. I was introduced only in my late 20’s to massage and fell in love with the feeling again of being connected to my body.

In 2015 I became a certified massage therapist and founded Temps Pour Toi.
